4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8kjili5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8kjili5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 8kjili5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall 8kjili5's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8kjili5 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting 8kjili5 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8kjili5 platform shall first be submitted to 8kjili5 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
